Jayne-Spencer Lawyers is an incredible law firm, she showed the up most care and full understanding towards my situation and helped me every step of the way over a 12 month period. I needed a legal advice and I met Spencer Lawyers and Jayne who took my case. Jayne is very professional and also very kind hearted person. I felt well welcomed at our appointment and I have been explained everything that I needed to know very clearly. One thing I really appreciated was a kind and cheering email I got from Jayne, informing me of the outcome of my case. It's not only because the outcome was positive, it's about the kind and heartwarming way that outcome was announced which made my day double better! Dear David and Jayne thank you so much!!! I really appreciate all of your help and assistance and for being so wonderful, kind and empathetic. It was the first time in my life I ever had to face going to court for a very serious matter and I was highly stressed out and beside myself at the thought of seeing my whole life flushed down the toilet.
